David Phillip Jones, Q.C.
David Phillip Jones, Q.C. is a lawyer in a private practice in Alberta. His practice focuses on administrative law, and he is a neutral arbitrator and mediator in both labour and commercial matters.
Mr. Jones studied Economics and Political Science at McGill University and Law as a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford in England. He taught law at both McGill and the University of Alberta. He is co-author of Jones & de Villars' Principles of Administrative Law, co-editor of the Administrative Law Reports, is the author of numerous articles and is a frequent lecturer.
